In March 2006, the John Pearl Elementary School in Bohemia utilized the Club's donation to have a local artist paint a memorial to their fellow worker, Doreen Wilson.  The picture will be on display in the school's cafeteria.

• On October 17 2005, the Club presented member Ruth Coffee of Stony Brook a scholarship check for $500.  She is currently attending Stony Brook University.
